TRUSTED BLUE AUTO
Upon purchasing a Trusted Blue Auto Plan, you will be able to access our Members Area where your benefits are electronically loaded. Your username is simply your email address and your password will be one of your choosing. There is a retrieval tool on the member login window should you happen to forget your password. Your password does not have to be the same as any other accounts you may have. You agree to protect your account by not revealing your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password. You must provide us with one or more acceptable payment methods (i.e. credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). Your payment method will be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen and will auto-renew except where noted. Your Trusted Blue Auto membership will continue until you want it to stop. You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the membership fees for the next billing cycle to your payment method. By registering with us, you agree that all information provided to us is true and accurate and that you will maintain and update this information as required in order to keep it current, complete and accurate. If you bought a Gift Membership for someone else, you agree that Trusted Blue Auto can reveal your name to the person you bought the membership for if they request that information.
Billing and Cancellation
Billing Cycle. The membership fee for Trusted Blue Auto services will be charged to your Payment Method monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Your payment date may change at times due to certain circumstances (i.e. your payment method has not successfully settled or your membership began on a day not occurring in a given month). Updating Payment Methods. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete billing information, including valid credit/debit card, PayPal information, your name, address and phone number, and to provide us with any changes in such information within 10 days of the change. You can update your Payment Methods by calling us (417-362-BLUE) Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. After any update, you authorize us to continue to charge your Payment Method. If, for any reason, your payment method refuses to pay the amount billed for the service, you agree that we may suspend or terminate your membership and require you to pay the overdue amount by other means acceptable to us. You agree that until your membership is terminated, you will continue to accrue charges for which you remain responsible, even if you do not use the services.
You can cancel your Trusted Blue Auto membership at any time without penalty, and you will continue to have access to the auto repair and maintenance services until the end of your billing period. To cancel, just call us (417-362-BLUE) Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or illegal activity may be justification for terminating your membership and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Changes to the Price and Membership Plans
We reserve the right to change our membership plans or adjust pricing for our services at any time. Any price changes or changes to your membership plan will take effect following notice to you. Refunds. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. However, you will continue to have access to the services through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or credit to some or all of our members. The amount and form of these and the decision to provide them, are at our discretion. Free Trials Your Trusted Blue Auto membership may start with a free trial. The duration of the free trial period of your membership will be specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new and certain former members to try the service. Free trial eligibility is determined by Trusted Blue Auto at its discretion and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold if we determine that you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent Trusted Blue Auto membership are not eligible for a free trial. Restrictions may apply. We will charge the monthly membership fee for your next billing cycle to your payment method at the end of the free trial period and your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to the end of your free trial period. Trusted Blue Auto Service You must be 18 years of age to become a Trusted Blue Auto member. Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to be a be the primary member on a Trusted Blue Auto Plan, and may use the service only with the involvement of a parent/legal guardian. The Trusted Blue Auto services and any content viewed through our service are for your personal use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household. Trusted Blue Auto does not own or operate any of the auto repair shops that we contract with and provides no warranties beyond the warranties provided by the auto repair shops themselves. Trusted Blue Auto is not liable for any actions on the part of the auto repair shops.
