No. Trusted Blue Auto is a subscription car care club that provides its members with no charge oil changes (including synthetic oil changes), no charge tire rotations, and a whopping 25% all the time labor discount at multiple independently owned mechanic shops. The 25% discount is exclusive to our members and applies to any services that the shops provide- ranging from tune-ups to engine and transmission replacement. All this is provided for just 14.99 per month with no contracts! We have gift memberships and fleet plans, too. There are no waiting periods, no claims forms, no hidden fees, etc. Pay as you go, cancel anytime!
Auto warranties/vehicle service plans are more expensive, don't provide oil changes and tire rotations, and typically have per visit deductibles (often hundreds of dollars), waiting periods to begin coverage (usually 30 days-60 days and 1,000 miles), strict vehicle age and mileage limitations, monthly/annual/lifetime limits, require signed contracts, require pre-authorizations, require reviews by claims adjusters (claims are frequently denied), require records/receipts, require a separate warranty for each vehicle, require validation of maintenance schedules (missing some oil changes can void the contract!), have many exclusions, have option to use used, aftermarket, or rebuilt parts, don’t cover routine maintenance, don’t cover normal wear and tear, don’t cover loss of performance, don’t cover diagnostic charges if cause is not identified, don’t cover what they deem negligence or abuse, don’t cover pre-existing conditions, don’t cover aftermarket modifications, don’t cover previously stolen/repossessed/wrecked/rebuilt/salvage title/water damaged vehicles, etc. We are different because all that stuff doesn’t apply to us! We keep it simple and just charge a super low monthly rate for a big labor discount and no charge oil changes and tire rotations.
The shops must be ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certified, have knowledgeable, professional staff, have multiple service bays, have state of the art diagnostic equipment, have a good reputation in the community, have overall favorable reviews, and warranty their work.
We do not own or manage the shops-we just identified them as great businesses and contracted with them to provide our members with awesome discounts!

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. We can also set up a bank draft if you would prefer that instead of using a credit/debit card or PayPal.
We cover privately owned and company owned vehicles. We are not able to accept some high-end luxury cars or electric cars at this time (but we might in the future!).  Hybrid vehicles require oil changes and tire rotations the same as non-hybrid vehicles. Our shops work on hybrids within their capacity as hybrids share some of the same mechanical components as "regular" cars. If there is something our shops don't feel comfortable working on, they will refer you elsewhere. For the components that they are able to service, our 25% all the time labor discount applies. The oil changes and tire rotations alone (not to mention our additional discounts-https://trustedblueauto.com/member-perks/) make our services worthwhile. We think you'll be pleased with the value we provide, so we don't require contracts. Feel free to try us out and cancel anytime. Covered Vehicles
Preventative maintenance will make your vehicle last longer, get better gas mileage, and prevent bigger repair bills. It will keep your car dependable and safe on the road. Every car comes from the factory with a required maintenance schedule that is located in the vehicle’s owner’s manual.
Your Trusted Blue Auto membership will continue until you want it to stop.
There is a one-time enrollment fee of $45.00 if you choose a monthly plan. If you choose an annual plan there is no enrollment fee. There are no cancellation fees, no deductibles, no hidden fees, etc.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time-just contact us!
You will continue to have access to the auto repair and maintenance services until the end of your billing period. Your account will then automatically close.
